1.) Automated Email Notifications - The system will now automatically send an email to the VPO whenever a new CRF request is submitted within their assigned zone (VisMin or Luzon), ensuring timely awareness of pending approvals.

2.) Expense Filter by Category - A new filter feature allows regional reviewers/approvers to view expenses by category, displaying only the total amount for the selected classification. This makes expense verification easier and more precise.

1.) A prompt will appear immediately when you View the Create RF menu. The prompt will ask if your Branch Manager is available to approve the liquidation you are about to create?

~ Click Yes - Your Revolving Fund request will be forwarded to your Branch Manager for approval

~ Click No - Your Revolving Fund request will bypass the Branch Manager approval and will be forwarded to your Area Manager.

2.) In the Create RF menu, after attaching a PDF file, an eye icon will appear next to the "Attach File" button, allowing you to view and review the uploaded file.

3.) A "Delete Draft" button will appear next to the "Save as Draft" button when a draft is already saved.
